Since joining Renaissance in 2012, Tim has played a key role in leading the organization’s services and driving its growth across the Peninsula, including San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. His vision and leadership were instrumental in launching East Palo Alto’s first small business incubator and expanding Renaissance’s presence into new communities such as San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Hayward. Rooted in his upbringing in East Palo Alto, Tim brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work, serving on boards such as the Leadership Council San Mateo County and Man 2 Man Youth Urban Advocate. In addition, as an ordained minister and pastor, he is committed to bridging the gap between the faith-based community and economic development, with a focus on uplifting underserved and under-resourced communities.
