Many websites look beautiful but fail to clearly communicate what a business offers or why it matters. In this workshop, participants will learn how to write website copy that speaks directly to their audience, builds trust, and encourages visitors to take action. We will review best practices for structuring key website pages and crafting clear, engaging messages that highlight the value of a product or service. Participants will also learn how to avoid common website copy pitfalls such as vague language, overly technical explanations, or messaging that focuses too much on the business rather than the customer.
The workshop includes two interactive breakout activities where participants will analyze examples of website copy and practice improving messaging.

- Understanding how visitors read websites
- Writing headlines and introductions that capture attention
- Structuring website pages for clarity and impact
- Writing calls to action that encourage engagement
- Avoiding common website copy mistakes
