🖥️Turn Your Customer Insights into Action with AI (WBC 12/14/26)
Participants bring the information they already have or recently collected, such as past sales reports, online reviews, and customer emails. They learn how free AI tools can find patterns much faster than by hand (what customers value most, recurring complaints, who bought only once and why) while respecting data privacy. They then identify:
– quick wins for January, such as bringing back gift-card shoppers, turning returns into exchanges, and winning a second purchase from new holiday customers
– what to keep, stop, and start doing
– bigger questions about where to take the business next
Note: Our services and programs are open to all entrepreneurs. All Renaissance WBC/SOMA programs and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
