🖥️Your Next Level Business (WBC 12/14/26)

December 14 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Free

Join us for Your Next Level Business on December 14, 2026, to explore strategies to strengthen your business, overcome challenges, and take your business to the next level.

  • Clarify your “why” and think like an entrepreneur: Use your purpose (“why”) to drive growth, and build leadership/mindset skills like the flywheel (momentum), the hedgehog concept (focus), growth mindset, and grit
  • Define direction with purpose, mission, vision—and balance it with profit: Learn how to write/revisit purpose, mission, and vision statements (and use them to align teams and attract lenders/investors), while understanding that profit and cash flow are necessary to achieve your vision
  • Build an operational foundation for growth: Understand common business structures (sole proprietorship, partnership, C corp, S corp, LLC, B Corp) and how to streamline operations with practical organization systems (docs, accounting, scheduling, taxes)
  • Increase agility and resilience: Learn strategies to stay nimble through industry ups/downs—prioritizing cash flow, investing in technology aligned to business goals, strengthening cybersecurity basics, and using digital banking tools and online channels to adapt faster
  • Put people first and “level up” with a stronger plan: How to hire and build a values-driven workplace, leverage professional advisors/connectors, use diverse-business certifications to open networks/opportunities, and update your business plan into a practical blueprint (including SWOT and go-to-market improvements)
