🖥️FAMILY BUSINESS: The Best and the Worst Way to do business (WBC 4/6/26)

This session will examine how business decisions, communication styles, and leadership dynamics can either strengthen or hinder a business. Participants will explore best practices for collaboration, decision-making, accountability, and conflict management, along with common mistakes that can impact growth and sustainability. The workshop will offer practical strategies to build a healthier, more effective business operation.

Facilitator: Benjamin Mills Martin, Jr., Attorney at Law

 

Attorney Benjamin Martin is a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center.  He conducts workshops and one on one counseling sessions to help small businesses succeed. His private practice supports start-ups and small businesses.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern University Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Cal State Univ. Los Angeles.
