🖥️AI-Powered Strategy: Make Faster and Better Decisions (WBC 03/04/26)

This advanced course teaches experienced business owners how to use AI to strengthen and accelerate strategic work, not just automate tasks. Participants learn how to apply AI across the full strategy cycle, from current-state assessment and market/customer analysis to value proposition refinement, future-state visioning, and roadmap development. The workshop focuses on using AI to structure problems, generate and test strategic options, synthesize insights, and reduce blind spots—while maintaining strong human judgment, verification, and responsible use. Attendees leave with practical workflows, prompt templates, and a repeatable approach to making better strategic decisions faster and with more confidence
Instructor: Delphine Jacquin
