In this session, we’ll break down the fundamentals of small business finance in plain language, with practical tips tailored for retail owners.
You’ll learn how to:
Track income and expenses simply and effectively
Manage cash flow so bills, rent, and payroll are covered
Understand inventory costs and pricing strategies
Separate personal and business finances
Identify when to seek outside financing or support
This IN-PERSON interactive workshop is designed for busy retail owners who want more control over their business finances without needing an accounting degree.

It is a program created by the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) to provide the tools and resources necessary for diverse small entrepreneurs in California to access financing opportunities and achieve success for their businesses.
