Join fellow Renaissance entrepreneurs for an interactive peer-to-peer session focused on one of the most essential skills in business: handling difficult conversations. Whether it’s giving feedback to an employee, setting boundaries with a client, or navigating conflict with a stakeholder, tough conversations are part of being a business owner.
Following up on our previous Business Mastermind on conflict resolution, Jennifer from Big Little Insights returns to dive deeper into this critical topic, this time using real case scenarios from your own experiences.
Come prepared to share a situation you’ve faced or are currently facing with a client, team member, or partner. This session offers a supportive space to reflect, gain new perspectives, and strengthen your communication skills so you can lead with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
Note: Our services and programs are open to all entrepreneurs. All Renaissance WBC/SOMA programs and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
All clients must register for classes via your client portal account. Here’s how you can do it.
