SUMMARY:Understanding Leases and Contracts (WBC 03/18/26)
DESCRIPTION:Leases and contracts are legally binding agreements that define the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved. A lease is a specific type of contract that allows one party (the tenant) to use property owned by another party (the landlord) for a set period in exchange for payment. A contract is a broader term that refers to any agreement between two or more parties that is enforceable by law.
