DESCRIPTION:In Real Estate the three most important factors are location\, location\, location. When it comes to location the devil is in the details. We will look at Marketing and Risk\, with extra focus on Risk and how to reduce it. \nThe scary part of deciding on a new location is that you get blindsided… you’ll learn what to watch out for in one of your most important decisions for your business. \nFacilitator: Benjamin Mills Martin\, Jr.\, Attorney at Law \n\n  \nAttorney Benjamin Martin is a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center.  He conducts workshops and one on one counseling sessions to help small businesses succeed. His private practice supports start-ups and small businesses.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern University Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Cal State Univ. Los Angeles. \n  \nNote: Our services and programs are open to all entrepreneurs. All Renaissance WBC/SOMA programs and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.\n\nAll clients  must register for classes via your client portal account.
