In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of communication tools and strategies. Alice will go over the importance of listening, as well as how emotions affect the effectiveness of conversation. The workshop is interactive.

Participants will:

1. Learn techniques to be able to overcome obstacles in sales

2. Learn to listen deeply

3. Learn how to keep emotions from escalating in difficult conversations

4. Learn to manage the entire conversation, so you remain in control.
