Start an Etsy business (SSF)

January 31 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Duration: Once a week for 3 weeks

This is a class provided by Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center in partnership with the South San Francisco public library. Residents of San Mateo County have priority for enrollment.

If you’ve ever used your library’s 3D printer to make a jewelry charm and thought “I could sell that!” – you might be an entrepreneur. If you like to crochet, knit, sew, sketch or design, you might be an entrepreneur! Etsy enables side hustles and full-time hustles to come to life in an easy way. If you’re thinking to start your own side hustle this year, spend three weeks with us and:

  • Prepare to be an entrepreneur and define what sets you apart
  • Understand the rules and regulations of operating on Etsy
  • Learn how to value and market your products

Etsy businesses are a great way to use your skills and make a little extra cash. Learn how to do it effectively!

This class will take place three Mondays, Jan 31, Feb 7 & Feb 14, from 6-8pm on Zoom.

If you have any questions, please contact Amanda Anthony at amanda@rencenter.org or Kenny at the South San Francisco Public Library at ssfpladm@plsinfo.org.
