About This Workshop
Advance registration is required by the previous day. The workshop will start at 6:00 pm sharp, so we recommend arriving early.
Do you need to change your small business to survive and reach a “new normal”?
This pro bono business law workshop may help you learn creative and resilient ways to pivot and re-align your business for a stronger future:
- How to understand your business value and plan for restructuring
- When it is wise to renegotiate or modify important contracts
- Why and how to change your legal entity type, or add or remove partners
- When selling or buying business assets might help
- When and how to wind up and dissolve your business to start fresh
- Other options for especially difficult situations
Although these pro bono educational sessions are led by an experienced business attorney, these programs do not constitute legal advice.
The San Francisco Community Business Law Center is an independent all-volunteer pro bono business law initiative that has no affiliation with any for-profit law firm and allows absolutely no soliciting or referral of paid legal services to create a safe space for objective learning.
