During a crisis like the Covid-19 pandemic or during difficult economic times like a major recession, creative and resilient small business owners often need to pivot and re-align their business to survive and prepare for a new normal. This legal workshop will help you understand small business workout and recovery alternatives such as renegotiating key contracts, changing your legal entity structure, having co-owners buy in or buy out, selling all or part of your business, restructuring your debt, or if necessary winding up and dissolving your current business to start a new and completely different entrepreneurial venture another day. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.
