This pro bono business law workshop will help you understand:
• Key differences between trade credit, other forms of business debt,
ownership equity, grants and donations, and prepaid revenue
• How to protect yourself with fairly balanced terms for each
• How options like digital platforms and crowdfunding do – and don’t – work
• How to avoid surprises and predatory abuses in the small business sector

Although these pro bono educational sessions are led by an experienced business attorney, these programs do not constitute legal advice.
