Cultivating Self-Compassion for High-Achieving Entrepreneurs (WBC)

In today’s fast-paced entrepreneurial world, self-care often takes a back seat to the demands of business. However, cultivating self-compassion is a powerful tool that can enhance well-being, increase productivity, and sustainable success. In this engaging 60-minute workshop, you will embark on a transformative journey designed specifically for busy entrepreneurs.

Sheela Ivlev is an award-winning occupational therapist specializing in mental health and wellness. She became a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional to blend traditional and holistic practices with her clinical expertise. Beyond her therapeutic practice, she is a published author, international speaker, mental health clinical educator, and workplace mental health consultant.
