Coffee & Community: Retaining and Expanding Your Customer Base (WBC 7/26/22)

A space for entrepreneurs to share stories of resiliency, strength, and support during the COVID-19 crisis.
This workshop will be an interactive space, so come prepared to meet and talk with other entrepreneurs and the Renaissance team. Bring your coffee or tea and we’ll see you bright and early!
Retaining and Expanding Your Customer Base
-Understand the importance of creating a customer communication plan
-Identify activities that will keep their products and/or services on the mind of their customers
Rosanne Roberts Archuletta is the Principal of R. M. Roberts and Associates, LLC. She completed taking the Renaissance Business Planning program in 1990. After completing the program, she continued at Renaissance as a business coach and classroom trainer. She served on the board of Renaissance for nearly a decade. Moving to New Mexico in 2003, she volunteered at the Santa Fe chapter of the New Mexico Small Business Development Center. She has been serving on the Board of the NMSBDC since 2008. Her company provides training, coaching and recruiting services to financial services clients and small businesses throughout the country. She is also the founder of The Dream Benefit. This program offers accountability coaching on personal and professional goals, including career growth, professional development, financial wellness, retirement and legacy planning, health and wellness among others. She holds a Master in Liberal Arts degree from Naropa University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Penn State University.
There is a new way to register! You can now register using your client profile. By setting up a client profile, you will not have to fill out the same personal information for each workshop you register for, making it faster and easier in the long run!
a) If you already have a Client Portal Profile, click the Register button below.
- In the Client Portal, go to the Calendar tab (top left) and select Coffee & Community: Retaining and Expanding Your Customer Base (WBC 7/26/22), click enroll, answer the questions, and submit! You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
b) If you don’t have a Client Portal profile, create one at this link. Make sure to use the same email address you have used in the past with Renaissance. You may change it later, but this allows our system to recognize you.
If you already have an intake form on file, you’ll see the Calendar tab in the top left.
If you do not, you will need to fill one out before you can see the Calendar tab. It may also ask you to update your information. The user interface isn’t perfect, so make sure to scroll up and keep clicking “Continue” or “Sign” in order to complete the forms. If you have any problems during this, please contact Isla Covarrubias at email@example.com.
Once the Calendar tab is visible, you can register by going to your profile’s calendar tab and selecting Coffee & Community: Retaining and Expanding Your Customer Base (WBC 7/26/22), hit enroll, answer the questions and submit! You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
