Rosanne Roberts Archuletta is the Principal of R. M. Roberts and Associates, LLC. She completed taking the Renaissance Business Planning program in 1990. After completing the program, she continued at Renaissance as a business coach and classroom trainer. She served on the board of Renaissance for nearly a decade. Moving to New Mexico in 2003, she volunteered at the Santa Fe chapter of the New Mexico Small Business Development Center. She has been serving on the Board of the NMSBDC since 2008.

Her company provides training, coaching, and recruiting services to financial services clients and small businesses throughout the country. She is also the founder of The Dream Benefit. This program offers accountability coaching on personal and professional goals, including career growth, professional development, financial wellness, retirement and legacy planning, health and wellness, among others.

She holds a Master in Liberal Arts degree from Naropa University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Penn State University.
