His vision and leadership were instrumental in launching East Palo Alto\u2019s first small business incubator and expanding Renaissance\u2019s presence into new communities such as San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Hayward. Rooted in his upbringing in East Palo Alto, Tim brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work, serving on boards such as the Leadership Council San Mateo County and Man 2 Man Youth Urban Advocate.
