We\u2019re hiring!<\/strong> Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center is looking for a dynamic, self-directed Program Manager to lead our Coastside programs and help strengthen our impact across the San Mateo County Coastside. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, building strong community relationships, and creating high-quality programs and services that support local entrepreneurs and small business owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Peninsula Program Manager will play a key leadership role in managing our Coastside Business Resource Center, programs, client services, community partnerships, and day-to-day operations. We\u2019re looking for someone who can see the big picture while also taking initiative to get things done\u2014someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, engaging with the community, leading staff and resources, and helping shape the continued growth of our Coastside programs.

POSITION SUMMARY:<\/strong> The Peninsula (Coastside) Program Manager is responsible for leading Renaissance\u2019s Coastside programs, Business Resource Center operations, community partnerships, and client services. This includes implementing and improving program processes, evaluating service delivery to small businesses, engaging with community partners, reporting on completed work to grant funders, and ensuring program goals are met. This position involves both office and field work, public speaking, and some travel.

The Program Manager’s schedule includes regular evening and weekend hours to support programs, client services, and community events. The program’s team typically works in the office at least three days per week and makes on-site visits to client businesses or partner locations on other days as needed. Evening and weekend work is a regular part of this position. Specific scheduling will be coordinated with the Program Director based on program and community needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
