After June 15, 2021, local San Francisco Bay Area small businesses may face confusing legal issues as we work together to find a new normal for retail merchant corridors, maker space, and office buildings. Grab your lunch and join us via Zoom for a quick review of questions such as:
– May I ask employees, customers, vendors to sign Covid-19 waivers?- May I require vaccines? Masks? Other continuing precautions?- What may I do if some of my employees refuse to return to work?- Is there a way I can return to my pre-pandemic vendor, supplier, and distributor contract arrangements?- What special laws and regulations enacted during the Covid-19 pandemic still apply on an ongoing basis?
