In this workshop, we will discuss the fundamentals of developing and consistently using a brand identity for small businesses. The session will focus primarily on how to develop a brand voice, presence, and how to use this throughout all external communications. Participants will walk away with an understanding of who their brand is and some helpful hints for how to connect with their target audience.
